Coaching

I am trying to convert more of my supervision to more coaching

This is somewhat hard, as one of my staff people may be uncoachable.  That's a challenge that I will need face with the help of some of my other Team Leads, as they supervise her allies / enablers.

Speaking of which, best I off and talk to one of them about it.
