Oh dear sweet heavenly jebus.

So last year at work I operated a cross-sector meeting with a workshop
component. For 200 people. It went well.
The team was me, a crazy lady, and one guy who did little.

This year some new person is running it. For 130 people. With a team
of professional trainers and contractors, and 3 admin staff.

And it is a complete unmitigated shit-show.
